Convenience For Guests

All gifts on a Registry, although selected from various retailers or service providers, can be purchased directly from Presentz either online or by phone, fax, mail or email. A service fee of $8.95 will be added to the total of the order.

If your guests don’t have access to the internet, a Presentz Consultant will guide and assist your guests in selection and payment by phone, fax, mail or email.

Every guest who purchases a gift from Presentz will be asked to supply a gift card message to be provided to the couple with their gift.

Payment can be made by credit card online utilising our secure payment processing facility, credit card by telephone or mail order, cheque, money order or bank transfer.

Guests are not obligated to purchase gifts from Presentz and may choose to personally shop. Gift and/or retailer or service provider information is provided on a Registry. A Presentz Gift Consultant can also assist guests by directing them to the nominated retailer/service provider.

A gift may be ‘Reserved’ with a view to purchase at a later date or simply placed on hold while a guest chooses to personally shop.

A gift may be ‘Removed’ from the Registry should the gift not be purchased from Presentz. This can be completed online or by notifying Presentz by phone, fax, mail or email.

A Registry can remain open after the wedding, giving extra time to buy last minute gifts.

Gifts, purchased from Presentz, will be individually wrapped and delivered to the wedding couple or may be delivered directly to a guest, upon request.
